2 lbs. ground turkey breast
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal, ground using food processor

Sauce
1 cup ketchup

1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Mix together meatball ingredients. Shape into 2” balls. Put in large baking dish.
- Mix sauce ingredients together. Spoon over meatballs
- Bake at 350*F for 1 hour
