The Coach plays an important role in Real Appeal’s success and is responsible for building an exceptional relationship with each member they coach. Coaches at Real Appeal are responsible for leading group education sessions using the science-based 52-week Real Appeal content to guide members through various healthy lifestyle changes centered around exercise, nutrition and behavior. The Coach will also have the opportunity to connect 1-on-1 with members to provide the support, accountability and positive motivation during the various stages of the program.
