This quick, healthy granola recipe is a great way to start your day. Add your favorite berries, Greek or regular low-fat yogurt and breakfast is served!

Makes: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups puffed brown rice cereal
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On a sheet tray, combine oats, cereal, honey, oil, peanuts and salt.
- Toast in oven until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes to ensure granola cooks evenly.
- Eat immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
