Ingredients:
- 2⁄3 cup soy milk
- 1 orange, skin and seeds removed
- Dash vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine soy milk, orange and vanilla and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add ice and process for an additional 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
