Peanut Butter and Chocolate Shake
Prep Time: 3 minutes Cook Time: 3 minutes
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients:
2/3 cup plain soy milk
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon peanut butter
1/2 ripe banana
2 teaspoons honey
about 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine soy milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, banana and honey and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
2. Add ice and process for an additional 30 seconds.
Serve immediately.
