I've been a health coach since 2015, and I've lost over 50 pounds myself and kept it off for almost a decade.

I love all sorts of movies and love to recommend and discuss both new and older releases.

Rather than focusing on eating different things, figure out how to eat your favorite foods in a healthier way.
